Great! I was replacing my kitchen faucet, and while I was able to complete most of the installation, I couldn't get the supply lines hooked up without leaking, and decided it was time for a professional. I called hoping I could get a same-day appointment, and not only was Mr. Zell able to accommodate me, he happened to be conveniently located such that he was able to stop by within the hour. After determining the issue (original shut-off valves wouldn't accommodate the new installation) and offering me some options on how to address it, we agreed that he would acquire the necessary parts to replace the shut-off valves. He was able to return the same day, and after another hour or so, the work was completed and the faucet was up and running! Nary a drip to be seen. I feel extremely pleased about Mr. Zell's work, and he was also very personable and professional. A+!

Les was prompt at returning calls, on-time, did the work quickly, was courteous and tidy. 
We had concerns about our sump pump sounding funny (15 years old and check valve failed), and some dripping from our water heater. He determined the water heater was fine, but needed a new pressure valve. Sump pump was still running, but because of the age we had it replaced. He was also very good at explaining what the options were and how things work, as well as the work he completed.

It went great.  We noticed our sump pump wasn't going during heavy rain, so checked it and noticed it wasn't working.  I left a voicemail at Zell Plumbing on a Sunday evening, and submitted an online request for an appointment ASAP.  I was pretty surprised to receive a phone call in about an hour from Les, the owner of Zell Plumbing.  Les walked us through a general overview of how our pump worked and explained to us over the phone how to get the pump to run manually to clear the excessive water before our basement flooded.  He set up an appointment for right away in the morning to replace the pump. Once again, we are completely satisfied with the work of Zell Plumbing, and they have given us excellent service!

A water commission technician came to install a new water meter in our house when he informed us that our "street side" main valve was broken and he could not turn off the water to complete the installation - we would have to get the valve replaced. I called Zell plumbing and their service person called back within 2 hours and said he could come out yet that morning. When he arrived he asked me if the main valve failed in the "open" or "closed" position. I didn't know, so he checked and found only a trickle of water coming out - the valve had failed in the "almost closed" position and we we had almost no water flowing in our house. He then called the water commission and requested an emergency "shut-off" from the street so he could install a new main valve -- he had to be very persistent on the phone to get a person from the water commission to come out and turn off the main street valve yet that day, but they finally said they would send someone. In the mean time he installed a frost free hose faucet to replace an original one which I had to drain each year. The water commission person showed up and shut off the water to our house. The Zell service person then replace the "street side" valve in our basement and while he was at it, he installed the new water meter which the water commission person had brought. 
This is the 2nd time we have used Zell Plumbing and we have been very happy both times.
